Pro Inline hockey is back with a vengeance in St. Louis! Tryouts for the 2007-2008 season began this past Saturday at Midwest Sport Hockey where over 80 eager players took the floor to compete for roster spots. The high tempo and competitiveness carried over to the second tryout on Saturday night at Omni Sportsplex in St. Peters. Through two of four tryouts, over 100 unique players have hit the floor.
Players will get a couple of days off and then tryouts continue on Tuesday (All American) and Wednesday (Matteson Triplex) with both tryouts beginning at 7 PM. It is expected that when the smoke clears, over 200 players will be in the running for roster spots.
